Idea of the show "Thirteen" is based on thirteen love songs from the history of music, without limitation regarding time period, but on the contrary, the concept is based on their diversity, for instance: French chanson, blues, Napolitan song, opera aria, jazz, Elvis Prisley, German hits between two wars, Placebo, Pulp, etc. The thing that might connect all these songs, besides the fact that they are all love songs is that they are famous, with good lyrics that would also play significant role in stage adaptations.

Preliminary concept of the performance is: to return to the spectator through dramatic scenes solely inspired by love meetings and partings (as emotional pyramid tops) memories of thin, beautiful, gentle, funny and sometimes even painful moments, that we all have lost somewhere in these times, but we all carry within ourselves secret yearning for those moments to return to us. Return to small, lost details “that mean life” would be the basic message of this show. However, when you carefully listen to the songs, you understand that they are in essence, almost all love songs.
