Duration: Performance lasting 20 minutes performed for twenty persons the most and can be performed five times during one day.

Theatre performance where the audience is isolated from the rest of the world by the help of receivers and they are invited to participate in discovering Salento (the most southern part of Apulia Province). Discovery shall be performed by tasting typical dishes and by utilization of high technology. Wide plasma screen doubles the staged actors, and the receivers transfer the rhythms and sounds of the South to the spectator. Actresses-waitresses are serving as followers of the spectators in their discovery of typical Salento tastes: muscari, scapece, dried tomato in oil, etc. Foodstuffs testify of the culture (not only material culture) of their origin.
