BELEF shall this year mark the
installation of new communication platforms in the presentation
of young authors’ work. During eight weeks of Festival duration,
in cooperation with renowned weekly “VREME”, a Project
shall be realized ON TIME! aiming to divert attention to the significance
of those, very often neglected fields of visual production. Every
week one young author shall be given a chance to make the inner
cover page of the VREME magazine, which would move the set boundaries
and practice in this filed, also in the field of graphical innovativeness,
but especially within the scope of social-artistic engagement.
During the last week of the Festival, exhibition of those works
shall be organized, and a special publication shall be published
with all works originated during the duration of BELEF, within
the ON TIME! Project.
