Near the roundabout at the Ada Ciganlija
island, and the head offices of the "Ada Ciganlija" public
enterprise, the "Playtheater - Robinson's Island" is
located, dominated by Robinson's house, with unusual swings,
a toboggan, climbers, see-saw, merry-go-round, and sand pit…
On his island, besides various attractive things, Robinson
is telling the children about his exciting experience and survival
skills, such as: how to make a bow and arrow, how to make fire
and traps… After the show, the playtheater belongs to children
who then play through the adventure themselves. The concept
of interactive theater for children, the playtheater, is that
every toy has its function in the shows as a part of the set,
so that the children, when they return to the playground, are
able to re-live Robinson's or similar adventures.
The stories are full of action and spectacular twists, with
cultural differences between Robinson and Friday blending and
relying on each other, both in the circumstances of life on
a desert island, and before the invasion of brute civilization,
embodied in mutinous sailors and their pirate captain.
One question remains at the end: Whether to return to civilization
after years of temptation of life in solitude, abandon one's
creation and - BECOME A SAVAGE AGAIN UPON RETURN TO CIVILIZATION? |
