Imagine Vertigo directed by David Lynch and performed
by De La Guarde accompanied by jazz riffs from the 1950s. This is Taylor's
Dummies show, which is based on strong physical energy, dramatic breathtaking
scenes, jazz music with live percussion support, humor and subtly executed
visual images. An accidental encounter with mystery woman turns Taylor's
life into chaos. The actors begin to walk on walls and to fly, life-size
dummies come to life, while baby doll sings 'Fly Me to the Moon.'
Amit Lahay and Al Nedjari founded the Gecko theatre troupe in 2001,
changing the face of the theatre with works by a new generation of
British artists, including Corinne Pierre, David Price, Luis Santiago.
An explosive theatre devoted to those who despise the predictable
and crave for shots of adrenaline and unexpected and unique artistic
experiences.
The guest appearance has been organized in cooperation with the British
Council.
