The issue of man’s
relationship to his own body (as witnessed by rhythm, play,
freedom of movemenet) which in the “Western civilization” has
become inhibited and perverted. A contradition and paradox
of a “new world” manifests itself in a violent
clash between the natural, the uninhibited, the free, and the
technical, the mechanized, the monotone and the extorted. |
